Alchimie Forever
Rebranding and rebuilding a Medicaid health plan from the ground up to meet state compliance, serve diverse communities, and support a major expansion of their member base.
“Your content and platforms need to be part of an ecosystem that you, the founder, own and control. Remote teams and contractors shouldn’t keep your brand’s core assets on their personal hard drives. You have to own your platforms so that if team members move on, your brand infrastructure stays built and intact.”
THE STORY
OVERVIEW
One of the things I love doing is working with founders like Ada Polla, Co-Founder of Alchimie Forever, is to help them see things that they’re too close to see. I’m really interested in helping founders with their visibility and their content strategy. A lot of founders are sitting on so much knowledge, information, stories, proof, customer insights, and their own personal lived experience.
The challenge is that the market doesn’t always see what the founder is experiencing. And the team working for the founder may not even fully understand what’s actually happening inside the founder’s mind. When you’re living in your own thoughts all day running the business, you don’t always realize how much that internal knowledge can create trust with existing and potential customers.
THE TWO PATHS: BRAND STORY VS. FOUNDER VOICE
When I look at a business, I look at what the founder knows that isn’t being used in content. There are two distinct paths here that have to work together:
The message from the main brand
The message from the founder of the brand
Most of the time, a founder doesn’t need a total reinvention. They just need something sharper and more precise. They need a way to capture everything in one place, leverage underused platforms (like LinkedIn, YouTube, or website content audits), and figure out where they need to show up best—even when it comes to generative AI visibility.
PLATFORM OWNERSHIP & ASSET SYSTEMS
Beyond the story itself, there’s a critical operational side: Who actually owns your content?
Your content and platforms need to be part of an ecosystem that you, the founder, own and control. Remote teams and contractors shouldn’t keep your brand’s core assets on their personal hard drives. You have to own your platforms so that if team members move on, your brand infrastructure stays built and intact.
CONTEXT & EXPERIENCE BEATS LOW-BROW AI
People ask why this work matters today when AI tools are everywhere. Sure, if you want a low-brow, frictionless process where you just pump out content whether it’s right or not, you could use a basic AI tool.
But the best solution always comes down to real context, experience, and expertise. That’s what actually builds trust, elevates a brand, brings in new customers, or puts a company in a position to be acquired with all its assets organized together with a strategy behind it. I did this at Google for 10 years and I’ve done it for multiple entrepreneurs. I see the gaps, name the opportunity, and help the founder lead from what’s already real and true.
IN PRACTICE: ALCHIMIE FOREVER
I recently put this exact process into action for a clinical skincare brand called Alchimie Forever, founded by Dr. Luigi L. Polla and Ada Polla.
I love the product, but I saw a clear gap: the brand had a fantastic story, real clinical roots, a clear founder voice, and a loyal customer base. What it needed was structure around content, founder visibility, and better platform choices.
I reviewed the brand, asked the right questions, studied their channels, and built a practical planning tool and strategy that Ada could hand straight to her team.
Whether a brand is starting up, transforming or realizing they’ve been too naval-gazing and need to look up and figure out what’s happening, that’s what I do best. We take what the founder already knows, organize the ecosystem, and turn it into a plan that actually drives digital transformation and sales.
